You do not want to risk having your entire case denied because you did not submit the proper application, or the application was not fully and completely filled out. Once your case is denied and you have no legal immigration status at the time, you can and most likely will be placed into deportation proceedings. Therefore, it is important to hire someone who is on top of all the continuous changes and someone who has experience in the field to ensure the process goes smoothly and quickly for you.

If USCIS requires any additional documents to make their decision, we make sure to let you know and act promptly to avoid any further delay in the process. Once again, we handle everything for you from start to finish. We will even accompany you at the final interview, should you choose to have your attorney present.
