• Phone Consultation: $100 for up to 30 minutes.
• In-Person Consultation: $175 for up to 30 minutes.
If a consultation exceeds the scheduled 30-minute time frame, an additional fee may apply based on the extended duration. Clients are encouraged to prepare in advance to maximize the consultation time.
Payment Policy:
A consultation will not be scheduled until payment is made. To ensure a seamless process, we offer a variety of convenient payment options to complete your payment efficiently.

Family Law
Retainer
Family law matters are handled on a retainer basis. The initial retainer for most family law cases begins at $7,500.
The retainer is not a flat fee. It is an advance deposit placed into our client trust account and billed against as work is performed. The required retainer amount may be higher depending on the complexity of the case, contested issues, or anticipated litigation.
Hourly Rate
Legal services are billed at an hourly rate of $300 per hour.
Immigration Flat Fees
Naturalization or US Citizenship: starting at $1,500.00
Marriage Based Green Card: starting at $4,000.00
Parent/Child Based Green Card: starting at $3,500.00
Removal of Condition on Conditional Green Card: starting at $3,000.00
Waiver of Inadmissibility: starting at $3,000.00
Adjustment of Status: starting at $2,500.00
Green Card Renewal: starting at $1,500.00
Response to Request for Evidence: starting at $2,000.00
New Client Representation at the Interview: $500.00
Existing Client Representation at the Interview: $300.00
