Settlement-Focused Approach
Stage 1: Settlement Attempt -
$3,000 (Non-refundable)
Our first priority is reaching a fair settlement without the stress and expense of trial. This flat fee is equivalent to 10 hours of dedicated work toward resolving your case through negotiation, mediation, and settlement discussions.
Stage 2: Trial Preparation & Representation -
Additional $5,000
If settlement isn't achieved, we'll move forward with full trial preparation and courtroom representation. This comprehensive fee covers all trial-related legal work. Note: Expert witness fees, court costs, and other third-party expenses are separate.
**Partial Refund Policy:** If your case settles after Stage 2 payment, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on actual hours worked at our $300/hour rate.

When the opposing party fails to comply with court orders or emergency situations arise, we'll handle necessary motions and petitions. If we're successful in obtaining attorney's fees from the opposing party, you may receive a refund.
